To celebrate the career of a true icon, Herbert V. Kohler, Jr., NEWH will be presenting the 2012 ICON runner-up scholarship in his name at this not-to-be-missed breakfast. Join us as we recognize Ashley Sarazen, the 2012 NEWH ICON Honorable Mention Scholarship Recipient, at this BDwest networking event.

NEWH will also be presenting the FR-1 scholarship, funded by Fabricut Contract, to Angela Poovey, from the Art Institute of Colorado.  Harvey Nudelman, also an NEWH ICON, has funded this award for the past six years.

Get an insiders’ view of the design opportunities and challenges involved in transforming more than 500 acres of under-utilized and vacant spaces in Chula Vista and on Port tidelands (located just seven miles outside of San Diego) into a world class destination with hotels, restaurants, entertainment, parks and an improved marina. This project is one of the largest mixed-use development opportunities in the United States.
