Allison Rolfe

Chula Vista Bayfront: The Neighborhood of the Future

Allison Rolfe is Director of Planning and Entitlements for Pacifica Companies, a diversified real-estate development company.   She is the Project Manager for the company’s Pier South Redevelopment Project, the Chula Vista Bayfront Master Plan development and the Grover Beach Lodge.  She spent 10 years in the environmental non-profit sector as an executive director, community organizer, and advocate. Preceding her position with Pacifica, Allison was the land use advisor to Chula Vista Mayor and California Coastal Commissioner Steve Padilla. She presently serves as a board member at local San Diego organizations.
