Exhibitors may opt to work with other exhibitors non-competitively to create a unique space. (Think a bar, theater, or coffee shop.) If preferred, the BD team will select an architect or designer to design the display area – using the exhibitors’ preferred products or services. Contact your sales representative for more details.
Investment: determined by the requested net square feet. Each exhibitor participant will be billed individually.
Space will be limited to 1200 net square feet, with a required minimum of two companies. (Example: two companies share a 600 nsf base, so each company is billed for 300 nsf at $12,900). Food and Beverage will be the responsibility of the exhibitor(s), or opt for a cash bar/food service, and the BDwest team will assist with coordination as needed and promote these exhibitor-inspired spaces in our marketing materials.
*If space is designed by an interior designer, we’ll provide airfare/hotel accommodations for the selected designer – based on size of booth area – along with an interior design firm mention in promotional material and in the pages of Boutique Design.
